This year's Theme: Confidence – Empowered to Thrive: Confidence for Every Step is a wake-up call to every woman that you are the embodiment of confidence, courage, and purpose, and I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to connect and leave a lasting impact to every woman who was in attendance at the Sarah Conference.

I am beyond thrilled to announce that I have been selected as a UN Women UK Participant for the 69th session of the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women (CSW69)!
This recognition is more than just an opportunity, it’s a powerful platform to amplify the voices of women and girls worldwide. As a Transformational Coach, Inclusion Advocate and Founder of Proud To Be Me, a nonprofit organisation that empowers women & girls to rise above limitations, discover their purpose and make an impact. My mission has always been to break barriers, create opportunities, and empower women to own their brilliance unapologetically.
This year’s CSW theme, “For All Women and Girls – Equality. Rights. Empowerment,” is a call to action that deeply resonates with why I do what I do. Every woman deserves to rise. Every girl deserves to dream without limits. And I will keep pushing until empowerment isn’t just a conversation, it’s a lived reality.
This recognition fuels my commitment to creating spaces where women and girls own their voices, their power, and their future.
